THE COLLABORATIVE MUSIC CONTEST IS BACK, BUT WITH A TWIST
After the success we experienced in 2021, we’re back for Round 2 in 2022.
This year’s theme is ‘NEW MEETS OLD, so we’re anticipating some pretty creative and innovative collaborations from music makers around the world.
‘Daylesford Naturalis: During Covid Lockdown #4’ is a series of field recordings documenting the sounds of nature at different sites around Daylesford, in Dja Dja Wurrung Country, Victoria, Australia, during the 4th state-wide Covid-19 lockdown in May/June 2021.
After a couple of pre-release singles, the new KOshowKO EP is out today in its Bandcamp Edition. This release explores various ‘mobile positions’, mostly iOS & OP1 based mobile music making strategies
School of Music Collaboration is excited to present the COLLABORATIVE MUSIC CONTEST 2021. This seems to be the first global, and software agnostic, music contest promoting collaborative music creation. Contest hosts are aiming to find and award the best collaborative track of the year created with online tools!
